The new Ferrari 458 Speciale presents an extreme sport feature and it boasts a particular structure dictated by performances, to enable an exciting driving. All is based on this, starting from the engine, which is situated in a central position at the rear of the vehicle.
Few technical data are enough to understand this aspirated engine Ferrari V8’s exceptionality. It is an 597 hp engine at 9000 rpm, and it is the most powerful 8 cylinder road car among the aspirated engines produced in Maranello.
To create this efficient and dynamic car was fundamental to draw inspiration from Formula 1; because knowledge and experience in high speed race track have contributed to the performances of the 458, starting from the movable aerodynamic elements. These are a new Ferrari patent and they enable the maximum grip on bents and the slightest resistance to advancing along the straight streets.
The 458 Special has been redrawn, with the exception of the cockpit (which is more comfortable thanks to light materials and their superimpositions), to enable to better understand the connection with the race track.
These elements are taken up again from the 458 Italia’s appearance to interrupt the external monotony to make the interior more habitable.
It is available for rent in the red “rosso corsa” version with livery with blue and white stripes and black interiors.
